The practice is focused on the diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases and signs of wear on the hip joint and knee joint. The surgical focus is primarily on primary hip and knee arthroplasty with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, as well as on replacement surgery or revision surgery with loose or painful hip or knee prostheses. I have many years of experience in the endoprosthetic treatment of dysplasia coxarthrosis and coxarthroses after previous operations.
Range of services
- Cement-free endoprostheses of the hip joint with primary and secondary coxarthrosis and dysplasia coxarthrosis using a minimally invasive, muscle-sparing surgical technique using the lowest abrasion bearing ceramic-ceramic Biolox Delta with optimal biocompatibility and the longest life of implanted hip prostheses
- Endoprosthetic replacement or partial replacement of the knee joint with primary or secondary arthrosis with corresponding misalignments and movement restrictions
- Replacement operations and revision surgery for hip or knee prosthesis loosening or prosthesis failure
